3 lockdowns and the birth of my 2 beautiful daughters in the last couple of years had definitely taken its toll on me. Lack of sleep and snacking whilst up with the babies during the night certainly didn’t help. So in the middle of January 2022 I decided to put all my knowledge into practice. Starting weight was 75.95. I decided to aim to lose about half a kilo per week. Could have gone more aggressive but the slow and steady pace normally wins the race. After 14 weeks I’ve lost 7.4 Kgs. I have kept that weight off for the last year without tracking calories (this is the HARD part) I will teach you how to do that in the program
It’s time to go again…. I want to be down to around 61 Kgs (8% bodyfat) for my birthday and holiday later this year.

I’ve been into sports and fitness my whole life. Played football like most young lads growing up, discovered Bruce Lee at 14 which kicked started my love for martial arts. For the last TEN years I’ve mainly focused on cardio and resistance training (lifting weights). I also love to do muddy runs like you see here. Want to join me and other 50+ men on one this year?
